Sedalia Police Department
2 a.m.: Wesley R. Garrison, 35, of the 200 block of South Prospect Avenue in Sedalia, was arrested in the 200 block of West Second Street on charges of statutory sodomy in the first degree, and child molestation in the first degree after a juvenile female reported Garrison sexually abused her several times.
5:28 p.m.: Austin Robert Blankenship, 19, of the 900 block of East 13th Street was arrested in the 400 block of North Mill Street on a charge of possession of synthetic narcotics (methamphetamine).
10:52 p.m.: Dennis Wayne Delapp, 42, of Warrensburg, was arrested near the intersection of West Broadway Boulevard and Osage Avenue on charges of distributing, delivery or manufacturing synthetic narcotics (methamphetamine), possession of synthetic narcotics and unlawful possession of a concealed weapon following a traffic stop.
11:46 p.m.: Stephen Joe Martinez, 36, homeless, was arrested in the 1200 block of East Third Street on charges of driving with a suspended license, being a fugitive from out of state, tampering with a motor vehicle in the first degree (stolen) and a failure to appear warrant following a traffic stop.
7:41 p.m.: A report of vandalism was taken in the 1400 block of South Limit Avenue.
Pettis County Sheriff’s Office
12:50 a.m.: Jesse Garron Leclair, age unknown, of Sedalia, was arrested near the intersection of Highway U and McCormick Road on charges of possession of marijuana, possession with the intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
3:08 p.m.: Michael Chitwood, age unknown, of Sweet Springs, was arrested on Claycomb Road in Hughesville on a charge of driving on a revoked license following a traffic stop.
Missouri State Highway Patrol
12:42 a.m.: Carly B. McGinnis, 34, of Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested in Clay County on charges of driving while intoxicated and a lane violation.
1:20 a.m.: Dillon T. Paschang, 18, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County on charges of driving while intoxicated, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, careless and imprudent driving and no seat belt.
2:30 a.m.: Alonzo R. Page, 20, of Lee’s Summit, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and speeding.
Joseph M. Franklin, 17, of Excelsior Springs, was arrested in Clay County on a charge of misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
