Feb. 10 Police Reports

This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. Information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.

Pettis County Sheriff’s Office


Feb. 7

6:43 a.m.: Brittany N. Miller was arrested near the intersection of Chevalier Road and U.S. Highway 50 in La Monte on a charge of driving with a suspended license.


Feb. 7

5:12 p.m.: A burglary was reported in the 22000 block of Sacajawea Road in Sedalia.

Feb. 8

11:36 a.m.: Stealing was reported in the 10000 block of Nevils Road in La Monte. The sheriff’s office is working with the reporting party on a list of stolen property and its value. Investigation is ongoing.

Missouri State Highway Patrol


Feb. 9

11:25 a.m.: Andres A. Aguero, 30, of California, Missouri, was arrested in Moniteau County on charges of driving with a suspended license and no insurance.

2:21 p.m.: Cheryl A. Hinchman, 31, of Winfield, West Virginia, was arrested in Saline County on charges of two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and following too close.
