7:31 p.m.: A subject reportedly left a business in the 4400 block of Wisconsin Avenue without paying $389 worth of windows in a cart.
6:58 a.m.: A hit-and-run accident involving a vehicle parked on the street outside a residence was reported in the 1500 block of East Fourth Street.
8:24 a.m.: $750 worth of unspecified items were reported stolen from a business in the 400 block of South Osage Avenue, and $550 worth of damage was caused.
11:15 a.m.: A cable box on the exterior of a business’ building in the 200 block of West Fourth Street was reported damaged.

4:30 p.m.: $190 worth of unspecified items were reported stolen in the 1500 block of South Kentucky Avenue.
5:25 p.m.: A victim reported a subject known to her damaged her screen door by ripping it off the hinges at her residence in the 400 block of East 14th Street.
6:30 p.m.: An aluminum Gennisess GX7 bicycle was reported stolen in the 1100 block of East 10th Street.

11:58 a.m.: Larry E. Loucks, 57, of Sedalia, was arrested in Morgan County on charges of speeding, no seat belt, and driving while intoxicated.
1:30 a.m.: Jacob S. Daleen, 29, of Grandview, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
