Sedalia woman injured in crash
A Sedalia woman was injured in a single-vehicle accident at 9 a.m. Thursday in Pettis County.
Mary A. Reyburn, 67, was driving west on state Route V east of U.S. Highway 65 when the vehicle crossed the centerline, ran off the side of the road, then struck a ditch and a tree according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report.
Reyburn was taken to Bothwell Regional Hospital with moderate injuries. Reports indicate she was wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.
Man injured in Johnson County
An Adrian man was injured in a single-vehicle accident at 4:30 a.m. Thursday in Johnson County.
Eldon L. Winder, 20, was driving north on state Route 131 near SW 600th Road when the vehicle failed to negotiate a curve, traveled off the left side of the road, struck the ground and overturned, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report.
Winder was taken to Research Medical Center with moderate injuries. Reports indicate he was wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.
