Cole Camp beat Warsaw 20-7 in a non-conference football game on Friday.


The Bluebirds jumped ahead on a 2-yard Jaycob Schrader touchdown in the second quarter. Brandon Thoennes added another from 3-yards out in the third before the Wildcats got on the board later in the quarter.


Warsaw’s Bailey Jelinek scored on a 13-yard reception from Will Bunch.


Darryn Frain capped off the scoring on a 75-yard run in the fourth with Thoennes adding the 2-point conversion.


Frain rushed for 84 yards in the game. Thoennes added 60 yards on 16 carries.


Austin Steenburgen had 21 carries for 71 yards for the Wildcats.


The Bluebirds host Sacred Heart next Saturday.


Warsaw will visit Osage.


Late Thursday


VOLLEYBALL


Sacred Heart 2, Crest Ridge 1


The Sacred Heart volleyball team beat Crest Ridge 19-25, 25-15, 25-16 on Thursday.


Becky Full had 13 kills, two blocks, four digs and nine assists for the Gremlins. Hannah Wilhoit had eight kills, 15 digs, two aces and an assist. Julie Chancellor had 13 digs.


Crest Ridge won the junior varsity match 25-18, 25-19.


Sacred Heart (3-0) will host Sweet Springs on Thursday.


Concordia 2, Smithton 0


The Concordia Lady Orioles beat Smithton in a non-conference volleyball game 25-11, 25-10 on Thursday.


Cailey Cooper served six aces for Concordia. Eliison Brunk had seven kills. Brittany Reinwa had 11 assists. Gloria Guier had two blocks.


SOCCER


Stover 7, Richland 4


Brock Nolting scored three goals and added an assist as the Stover Bulldogs beat Richland 7-4 on Thursday.


Garrett Goetze also had a goal and three assists.


Geotze sent a cross to Nolting in the third minute for the first goal of the game but Richland tied it moments later and added three more goals to take a 4-1 lead.


Nolting connected with Goetze in the 40th minute to get the Bulldogs back within two. In the 42nd minute, a Goetze throw-in led to a Nolting goal to make it 4-3.


Midway through the half, Goetze and Ruben Rubio connected to tie the game at 4-4. Moments later, Colton Johannes cut off a clearing pass and went past two defenders for the go-ahead goal.


Nolting and Rafe Davis added goals in the final five minutes.
