The Sedalia Travelers swept Post 340 in a doubleheader on Sunday, winning the first game 14-4 in six innings and the second 13-3 in five innings.
Roberto Ramirez earned the win in game one, pitching all six innings and allowing seven hits and striking out six.
At the plate, Brice Pannier went 3 for 5. Chase Plymell had a double. Tyler Abney drove in two runs. Rocky Sell was 2 for 4.
In the second game, Plymell pitched five innings for the win. He allowed seven hits and struck out four.
Mason Kelchner went 2 for 3 with a double and a triple and drove in a run. Dom Zerilli was 3 for 4 with a double and drove in three. Gerhig Taylor went 2 for 4.
The Travelers will host the Junior Bombers on Wednesday.
The Junior Bombers swept Boonville on Sunday, winning the first game 8-3 and game two 9-0.
Jayce Simoncic won the first game, striking out seven and allowing one walk.
Grant Huhmann won the second game. He issued no walks and had eight strikeouts.
The Junior Bombers (3-1) will face Boonville again on Tuesday.
