Head Coach: Tim Smith

2014-15 record: 19-10, district champion

Who’s back: Kortnee Vaught, senior guard; Maddie Vogelsmeier, junior post; Tori Hinton, junior guard

Who’s gone: Nicole Bright, Ashleigh Bright, Olivia Loges, Megan Evans

Outlook: For years the backbone of Sweet Springs girls basketball was the Bright family with Ashleigh and Nicole headlining a low-post which led the Lady Greyhounds to a district title last year. Sweet Springs lost both to graduation as well as Megan Evans and Olivia Loges, but will return a back-court of Kortnee Vaught and Tori Hinton.

Vaught averaged 11.1 points per game last season on the offensive end and 2.5 steals per game on defense.
