LATE FRIDAY RESULTS

Sweet Springs 67, Concordia 51

Sweet Springs made 27 of 38 free throws in a 67-51 victory over Concordia Friday.

Lucas Eberting led Sweet Springs with 16 points. Austin Knipmeyer scored 15 and Zach Malter added 11.

Jordan Schlueter led Concordia with 18 points.

COLLEGE BASKETBALL

MENS

State Fair 78, Three Rivers 76

Clint Robinson had a double-double and three blocks to lead State Fair over Three Rivers 78-76 Saturday.

Robinson led the Roadrunners with 22 points and 11 rebounds. Ronnie Rousseau III scored 18, Willie Jimerson Jr. scored 17 and Craig McKenzie Jr. scored 11.

Cameron Reedus and Gabe Grant led Three Rivers with 19 points apiece.

WOMENS

State Fair 71, Three Rivers 64

Sierra Clayborn was 6-for-11 from three and scored 22 for State Fair in a 71-64 win over Three Rivers Saturday.

TuTu Williams scored 19 for the Lady Roadrunners. Danai’ Cole scored 9 points and had 10 rebounds.

Michael Everheart led the Lady Raiders with a game-high 27 points.

WRESTLING

Three Smith-Cotton wrestlers claimed individual championships at the West Central Conference Championships in Saturday at Clinton.

Jake McFail won at 152 pounds, Noah Aziere at 182, and Michael Laster at 285.

Kris Houk, 120 pounds, claimed second. Also claiming second were Logan Parham, 126; Blake Pomajzl, 132; Gauge Young, 160; Barry Rivera, 170 and Izaiah Snyder at 195 pounds.

Younger Layton, 106 pounds, Jaycobe Kronk, 138 and Jacob Sherrill, 220, also placed for the Tigers at third place.
