One injured and one arrested in Pettis crash

A woman was injured and a man was arrested in a crash at 1:20 a.m. Saturday in Pettis County.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Brian L. Lehman, 33, of Sedalia, was driving north on Cedar Street at Gentry Road when his vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned.

Lehman’s passenger, Allison L. McIntyre, 32, of Sedalia, suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center by the Pettis County Ambulance District.

Lehman was arrested at 2:07 a.m. in Pettis County for driving while intoxicated involving the physical injury of another.

One injured and arrested in Morgan crash

A woman was injured and arrested in a crash at 2:43 p.m. Saturday in Morgan County.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Autumn M. Vanegas, 22, of Stover, was driving eastbound on Victoria Drive, 1,000 feet north of Grain Drive, when she failed to negotiate a curve, causing her vehicle to travel off the left side of the roadway and overturn.

Vanegas suffered minor injuries and was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center by ambulance.

Vanegas was arrested at 4:57 p.m. in Pettis County for driving while intoxicated with a person younger than 17 in the vehicle.

Woman injured in Pettis crash

A woman was injured in a crash at 8:50 p.m. Saturday in Pettis County.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Noah G. Reed, 17, of Sedalia, was driving eastbound on Oliver Branch Road at Butterbaugh Ford Road when he failed to negotiate a curve, causing his vehicle to travel off the left side of the road and impact a tree.

Reed’s passenger, Trinity Rohr, of Sedalia, suffered minor injuries and was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center by private vehicle.

Two injured in Henry crash

Two individuals suffered injuries in a crash at 11:20 p.m. Saturday in Henry County.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Blaine R. Schnorf, 19, of Creighton, was driving southbound on Northwest 1271st Road, seven-tenths of a mile south of Northwest 1100st Road, when he failed to negotiate a curve, causing his vehicle to travel off the left side of the roadway and impact a corner post.

Schnorf and his passenger, Destiny M. Mueller, 20, of Clinton, both suffered minor injuries and were taken to Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare in Clinton by private vehicle.

One killed in Johnson crash

A man was killed in a crash at 1:34 p.m. Sunday in Johnson County.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Josiah A. Musick, 17, of Holden, was traveling east on U.S. Route 50 when a southbound vehicle on Northwest 1601st Road driven by Jasper D. Smith, 33, of Kingsville, attempted to cross the median crossover and traveled into Musick’s path. Musick’s vehicle struck Smith’s and his vehicle traveled off the right side of the road, struck a utility pole and began to overturn before striking two traffic signs and a fence. Smith’s vehicle slid and came to a rest off the right side of the road.

Musick suffered minor injuries and was taken to Children’s Mercy Hospital in Independence by the Johnson County Ambulance District. Smith was pronounced deceased on scene by Johnson County Coroner Clark Holdren.
