Nina Frances Hanning will celebrate her 100th the birthday with an open house hosted by her family from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2 in the independent dining room at Cedarhurst Senior Living Center, 3701 W. 10th St.
Nina was born Feb. 3, 1919, in Owsley and later lived in Green Ridge and Sedalia.
She was married to the late Emory E. Brown and the late Charles Hanning.
Nina has five children, Larry E. Brown, of Sedalia, Rick Hanning, of Shawnee, Kansas, the late Joyce Brown Lake, the late Larry Hanning and the late Jeff Hanning; four grandchildren, 11 step-grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, numerous step-great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
