10:05 p.m.: Snyder M. Vernon IV, 38, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was arrested in Saline County on charges of possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and speeding.
Jan. 4
12:25 a.m.: Diamond S. Holmes, 21, of Warrensburg, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of resisting arrest, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, not having insurance and speeding.
