Arrests

Nov. 19

Noon: Trespassing was reported in the 3700 block of South Limit Avenue. The suspect was located and arrested. Jonathan W. Ayers, 34, of Sedalia, was arrested for first-degree trespassing.

Incidents

Nov. 10

8:27 a.m.: An officer responded to Bothwell Regional Health Center in the 600 block of East 14th Street for property damage. Bothwell security reported a patient had damaged a phone valued at $240 by ripping it off the wall as well as a call light button valued at $500. Charges of property damage were being requested at the time of the report.

Nov. 18

1:11 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to a business on Wisconsin Avenue for a sex crime. Management reported a male subject had exposed themselves to another employee on Nov. 17. The incident was captured on camera.

3:11 p.m.: Officers and the Sedalia Fire Department responded to the 300 block of West 11th Street for a rubbish fire. Several items were engulfed in flames, one being a city-owned trash container. The fire was extinguished by the property owner. The cause of the fire was undetermined.

Nov. 20

3:37 a.m.: Officers responded to the 600 block of East Third Street for a report of a vehicle doing donuts in a city lot. The vehicle fled from officers and a short pursuit ensued. The pursuit was terminated.

Nov. 19

6:45 p.m.: Nancy W. Fowler, 33, of Warsaw, was arrested in Benton County for felony possession of a controlled substance, felony bringing a controlled substance into a jail, a Benton County warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia.
