Nov. 1
2:47 a.m.: An officer performed an investigative traffic stop on a vehicle since the registered owner of the vehicle showed a suspended license in the area of East Fifth Street and South Ohio Avenue. The driver was found to be intoxicated and had a suspended license. Irving Y. Catalan Rodriguez, 25, of the 500 block of West Fifth Street, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license.

5:52 p.m.: An officer responded to the 1200 block of West 16th Street in reference to property damage. The complainant stated while they were home someone threw a rock through their living room window and shattered a bedroom window. Charges are being submitted to the Pettis County Prosecutor for second-degree property damage and harassment.
