Oct. 20
1:40 a.m.: Officers made contact with a subject walking in the area of East Third Street and South Montgomery Avenue after he was recognized to have active warrants. The suspect was confirmed to have an active warrant and was arrested and searched. During the search, the suspect was found in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. James W. Kronk, 43, of Sedalia, was arrested for the warrant, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

1:40 p.m.: An officer responded to the 1000 block of North Grand Avenue in reference to a theft. The complainant stated some time over the last few days someone had cut the exterior heat pump for the residence off and stolen it.
