South Thompson Avenue, south of its intersection with East 10th Street, will be closed to through traffic from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 23 to allow for installation of a new water main as a part of the city's ongoing water improvements project. The project is weather and equipment dependent and may be delayed due to rain or equipment breakdowns.
