Winkelmann-Yeager wedding

Claire Winkelmann and Andrew Yeager, both of Sedalia, were married Sept. 19 at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis. The bride is the daughter of James and Patricia Winkelmann, of Frontenac. The groom is the son of Christopher and Melinda Yeager, of Cole Camp.

Fr. Oscar Vasquez conducted the ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her father. Organist and Music Director of The Cathedral Basilica, Dr. Horst Muchholz, DMU, was accompanied by Elena Farel as cantor.

The maid of honor was Gracie Winkelmann, of St. Louis. Bridesmaids were Marggie Schulte, of Kathryn Baxter, Paige Lash, Colleen Mahoney, and Katy Krinninger, all of St. Louis.

The best man was Travis Northern, Columbia. Groomsmen were Matthew Heimsoth, Ben Bergeson, Steven Westermier, Tyler Harris, all of Cole Camp, Jackson Lillard, of Lone Jack, and Jimmy Winkelmann, of St. Louis.

Ushers were Myles Edwards, of Warsaw, and Dale Viebrock, of Cole Camp.

The reception was hosted at the historic and newly renovated McPherson located in the Central West End of St. Louis. Catering was provided by Russo's Catering. Music was provided by the Trilogy Band of St. Louis.

The bride is a 2011 graduate of Ursuline Academy and a 2015 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia. She works in the Marketing and Business Development department of Central Bank of Sedalia.

The groom is a 2010 graduate of Cole Camp High School and earned a doctorate degree in Optometry from UMSL. He is an optometrist with Eye Care Specialties of Sedalia.

Due to travel restrictions, the couple enjoyed a trip to Big Cedar Lodge in Branson.
