Sedalia Police Department
1:38 p.m.: David J. Peak, 30, of the 700 block of Wilkerson Street, was arrested at his residence on a charge of resisting arrest.
9:55 p.m.: Christopher Wayne Henry, 35, of the 2700 block of West Broadway Boulevard, was arrested near the intersection of West 16th Street and South Osage Avenue on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
2:11 a.m.: Richard A. Jones, 36, of the 3500 block of South Grand Avenue, was arrested in the 3100 block of West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of loud noise.
7:15 p.m.: A victim in the 2500 block of Wing Avenue reported someone had used his Social Security number to file taxes with the IRS.
8:26 p.m.: Three juvenile subjects reported a female suspect attempted to run them over with a van near the intersection of West Third Street and South Stewart Avenue. One of the victims reported that while trying to get out of the vehicle’s way, an iPad, valued at $399, was run over and damaged.
10:58 p.m.: Sexual assault was reported in the 2200 block of South Kentucky Avenue.
Pettis County Sheriff’s Office
2:09 a.m.: William Tell Oliphant, of Cross Timbers, was arrested near the intersection of U.S. Highway 50 and Main Street on charges of speeding, driving with a suspended license, no proof of insurance and possession of marijuana.
Missouri State Highway Patrol
3:09 p.m.: Michael J. Koelling, 40, of Independence, was arrested in Pettis County on charges of driving while intoxicated, traveling off the road while passing, failure to drive on the right half of the road, and careless and imprudent driving causing an accident.
