Sedalia Police Department
11:40 a.m.: Michael O. Smith, 62, of the 23000 block of Hall Road, was arrested in the 1800 block of South Limit Avenue on a charge of driving while intoxicated. A subject driving north on U.S. Highway 65 was struck by another vehicle as she merged into the right lane. It was discovered the other driver was intoxicated.
9:25 a.m.: Nolan R. Hildebrand, 24, of Warner, Oklahoma, was arrested in the 1200 block of South Limit Avenue on a charge of first degree property damage. A victim reported a subject got on top of their vehicle and caused damage.
11:33 a.m.: Ronald Neil Berry, 60, of the 200 block of South Quincy Avenue, was arrested in the 600 block of East Broadway Boulevard on charges of driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers received a report of a stolen vehicle from a business parking lot. The victim reported he parked his vehicle at the business with it unlocked and the keys inside. When he checked on it later, it was gone. He also reported a person was in a vehicle parked in front of his business. Officers made contact with the man, who was connected to the suspect in the stolen vehicle. The vehicle has not been recovered.
12:36 a.m.: Sarena M. Sundberg, 36, of the 400 block of Third Street, was arrested in the 300 block of West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
12:25 p.m.: Trina L. Harvey, 34, of the 500 block of East 10th Street, was issued a municipal court summons at his residence for destruction of non-city property. A victim and a witness said a subject known to them came up to the victim’s truck and punctured the left tire. Officers spoke with the subject, who admitted to puncturing the tire.
4:18 a.m.: Ivan D. Caster Jr., 42, of the 900 block of South Osage Avenue, was arrested near the intersection of West Broadway Boulevard and South Kentucky Avenue on a charge of driving with a revoked license.
Pettis County Sheriff’s Office
12:50 a.m.: An assault was reported in the 3500 block of South Grand Avenue in Sedalia. The investigation is ongoing.
11:23 a.m.: A lost or stolen firearm was reported in the 300 block of North Oak Street in La Monte.
6:09 p.m.: A female subject reported she was assaulted by someone known to her in the 200 block of West Smith Street in Smithton.
7:06 p.m.: A minor assault was reported in the 24000 block of state Route 765 in Sedalia.
12:48 p.m.: Property damage was reported on Lutman Road in Smithton when an unknown subject drove by in a dark gray Toyota and threw rocks at the victim’s vehicle.
