This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. Information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.
Sedalia Police Department
1:37 a.m.: Adrian Ray Clark, 22, of the 300 block of West Seventh Street, was arrested near the intersection of North Heard Avenue and East Howard Street on charges of possession of synthetic narcotics, possession of synthetic narcotics with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. An officer conducted a traffic stop for improper lane use. During the investigation the passenger was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
2:48 p.m.: Brennan T. Kelly, 25, of the 1800 block of South Lamine Avenue, was issued a municipal court summons at his residence for possession of marijuana. An officer responded to a report of drug activity. The officer made contact with the man, who admitted to being in possession of marijuana.
6:39 p.m.: A hit-and-run vehicle accident was reported in a business parking lot in the 2700 block of West Broadway Boulevard.
7:17 p.m.: A victim reported while he was riding his bike near the intersection of East 16th Street and South Ingram Avenue, a dark-colored Toyota with dark window tint pulled up beside him and started yelling derogatory comments toward him. A male subject then produced what appeared to be a handgun before leaving.
9:08 a.m.: A wallet was reported stolen from a vehicle parked at a residence in the 1200 block of South Massachusetts Avenue.
2:53 a.m.: Victims were sleeping at their residence in the 2400 block of Golf Drive when they heard a loud noise. They found a window was broken by a patio table from their deck. The damage was estimated at $500.
4:16 p.m.: A Razor Pocket Mod electric scooter, valued at $300, was reported stolen in the 400 block of North Hurley Avenue.
11:59 a.m.: A hit-and-run vehicle accident was reported at a residence in the 1000 block of West Third Street. Debris left at the scene indicated the suspect drove a 2006-model vehicle.
Missouri State Highway Patrol
1:15 a.m.: Barbara A. Harlow, 46, of Calhoun, was arrested in Henry County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
2:26 a.m.: Jack A. Swillum, 39, of Russellville, was arrested in Moniteau County on charges of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the road, no insurance and no seat belt.
2:39 a.m.: Gannon M. Sawford, 18, of Smithton, was arrested in Pettis County on charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding and violation of an intermediate driver’s license.
9:20 p.m.: Kenneth A. Williams, 48, of Warrensburg, was arrested in Benton County on charges of possession of methamphetamine and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
12:46 a.m.: Anthony G. Aguayo, 23, of Warsaw, was arrested in Benton County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
4:15 p.m.: Dominic A. Caldarella, 39, of Sedalia, was arrested in Cooper County on charges of possession of 35 grams or less of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, no seat belt, failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance.
8:45 p.m.: Jason D. McCabe, 29, of Glasgow, was arrested in Saline County on charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and no seat belt.
