Arrests

Sept. 13

10:49 a.m.: Thomas Lee Murphy, 39, of the 1600 block of East Fourth Street was arrested after an officer was dispatched for a domestic disturbance. A subject stated his brother had pushed him down and it was later determined the suspect was also violating a court order by being on the property. Murphy was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of violation of an ex-parte order and fourth-degree domestic assault.

11:05 p.m.: Evan Michael Cummings, 35, of the 500 block of East 27th Street was arrested after a vehicle stop for an improper registration plate in the 700 block of East Broadway Blvd. Cummings was transported to the police department then the Pettis County Jail and charged with DWI - persistent offender and driving while suspended.

Sept. 20

10:28 p.m.: Kyle Gregory Lindgren, 29, of the 100 block of autumn Avenue was arrested after officers were dispatched to a disturbance. They made contact with the residents and Lindgren was placed under arrest for domestic assault. In the patrol unit he began banging his head on the cage, was removed from the patrol unit and placed in a wrap.

He was transported to Bothwell for a fit of confinement and after being cleared was transported to the Pettis County Jail. Lindgren was placed on a 24-hour hold pending a charge of fourth-degree aggravated assault.

Sept. 21

9:36 p.m.: Dylan Loney, 19, of Oak Grove was arrested after a vehicle stop for expired registration near Clinton Road and Graham Drive. Loney was intoxicated and was transported to the Pettis County Jail pending a charge of DWI - drug.

Sept. 17

4:19 p.m.: A call came in from Walmart regarding a harassment incident. Information was gathered for a report.

Sept. 19

10:31 p.m.: Officers responded to the 2300 block of West Main Street in reference to a disturbance. Two subjects had sustained injuries, one was treated by Pettis County ambulance District and released, the other was treated by PCAD and transported to Bothwell for further treatment. No charges are being pursued.

Sept. 20

11:40 p.m.: Officers spoke with a man on the phone who reported a threat via Facebook marketplace. A report was filed.

Sept. 21

5:32 p.m.: A victim in the 600 block of West Third Street reported that she noticed her dog missing and the gate in the backyard open, leading her to believe someone had stolen her dog.

9:56 p.m.: Aaron Hawk Naber, 30, of St Louis was arrested after officers made contact with a man at Ohio and Second Street passed out on the sidewalk. Naber was transported to the Pettis County Jail for a 12-hour intoxication hold.

11:49 p.m.: Officers responded to Bothwell to assist security with a combative patient. They gathered information and a report was generated.

Sept. 22

12:34 p.m.: An officer responded to the 100 block of South Prospect Avenue in reference to the violation of a protection order. It was determined the respondent of the order had violated it and charges are being submitted to the prosecutor.

2:24 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to the 800 block of West 4th Street in reference to a theft report. The victim said cash and a backpack were stolen from her vehicle.

3:55 p.m.: Pettis County Sheriff's Office responded to a disturbance with injuries at the 4200 block of West Main Street. They requested mutual aid and Sedalia officers responded.

5:59 p.m.: Seth H. Ruch, of the 3100 block of Brianna Boulevard was arrested after officers were dispatched to Walmart for a theft. Ruch was issued a citation on scene for shoplifting.

Sept. 22

1:50 a.m.: X-avier Zuniga was arrested after Pettis County deputies observed a silver Malibu driving erratically and almost colliding into various vehicles on 10th Street from Ingram Avenue. The vehicle turned off at 10th Street onto South Grand Avenue and accelerated at a high rate of speed. The deputy chased as the Malibu continued to flee, running a stop sign at 16th and Grand and blacking out the vehicle's lights to evade and flee from law enforcement.

The deputy observed the vehicle turn under Prospect from 16th Street and found it stopped in the roadway.

Deputies transported Zuniga to the Pettis County Jail pending charges of driving while revoked, resisting arrest, and driving while intoxicated - prior offender.

Sept. 20

12:42 p.m.: Isidro Romero, 21, of Texas was arrested in Pettis County for felony driving while revoked. He was transported to the Cass County Jail and released.

Sept. 21

12:40 a.m.: Aaron J. Sims, 25, of Otterville was arrested in Pettis County for driving while intoxicated - prior offender and no seat belt. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and released.
