Sept. 20

10:15 p.m.: Dusty Ray Parish, 43, of the 700 block of East 15th Street was arrested after a traffic stop for improper registration near West Main Street and South Ohio Avenue. Parish was intoxicated and was transported to Bothwell for a blood draw then to the Pettis County Jail. A request for a charge of DWI has been submitted to the prosecutor.

Sept. 24

5:59 p.m.: Barry Carle Rivera, 26, of the 1600 block of West Fifth Street was arrested after a vehicle stop at the Missouri State Fairgrounds main gate for going 48 mph in a 35. Rivera had a suspended license and was transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked and released with charges of speeding, driving with a revoked license, and failure to maintain financial responsibility.

Sept. 26

3:32 a.m.: Sergei S. Gladush Jr, 45, was arrested after officers conducted a subject check in the 600 block of West Broadway Boulevard. Gladush was highly intoxicated and was transported to Bothwell for a fit of confinement then the Pettis County Jail for a 12-hour safekeeping hold.

Sept. 13

2:46 p.m.: A female came into the lobby of the police department to report the violation of a court order in the 1700 block of South Kentucky Avenue.

Sept. 25

11:31 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to the 800 block of West Seventh Street in reference to a burglary. The project manager said someone made entry into a residence in the overnight hours and stole a tub, toilet, and flooring material.

Sept. 26

4:20 a.m.: Officers responded to the 500 block of East 13th Street for a burglary no longer in progress. A gate lock was broken to a fence and a push mower was stolen from a garage. A suspect has not been identified.

Sept. 25

3:05 p.m.: Justin F. Lynch, 32, of Illinois was arrested in Benton County for driving while intoxicated and speeding. He was transported to the Benton County Jail and released.
