Three injured in Benton County four-wheeler rollover

An 11-year-old boy from Clinton, a 14-year-old girl from Clinton, and Brandon Feagan, 22, of Windsor, all sustained moderate injuries at 5:55 p.m. Saturday in a Benton County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 13-year-old boy from Windsor was driving a Honda Pioneer 4 west on Simms Road when the vehicle left the road, struck a tree and overturned.

No one was reportedly wearing seat belts. The injured were transported to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg.

Camdenton driver hurt in Benton County accident

C.M. Hall, 68, of Camdenton, suffered minor injuries at 9:15 p.m. Friday in a Benton County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Hall was driving a 2002 Toyota Tundra north on state Route 7 at Route DD when he traveled off the right side of the roadway. He returned to the road and traveled off the left side of the roadway. His vehicle struck a ditch and overturned.

Hall was wearing a seat belt and was transported by Warsaw-Lincoln Ambulance District to Bothwell Regional Health Center.

Clinton man seriously injured in Henry County crash

Ryan K. Dickson, 29, of Clinton, suffered serious injuries at 1:45 a.m. Sunday in a Henry County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Dickson was driving a 2016 Nissan Frontier south on state Route 7 when he traveled off the left side of the roadway, struck a culvert and his vehicle overturned.

Dickson was arrested for driving while intoxicated, failure to register a vehicle and failure to drive in the right hand lane.

He was not wearing a seat belt and was transported to Research Medical Center in Kansas City.

Head-on accident leaves one dead, two injured

Lily I. Petree, 19, of Tipton, was killed, Riker T. Edwards, 19, of Tipton, suffered serious injuries, and Darrell W. Schultz, 43, of California, suffered moderate injuries at 6:20 p.m. Friday in a Moniteau County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Edwards was driving a 2006 Chevrolet 2500 west in the eastbound lane of U.S. Highway 50 and struck an eastbound 2003 Dodge 2500 driven by Schultz head-on. The cab separated from the Chevrolet and overturned, ejecting both occupants.

Petree was pronounced dead on scene by Dr. William Cravens. Edwards was transported by MU Air to University Hospital in Columbia. Schultz was transported by private vehicle to Capital Regional Medical Center in Jefferson City.
