Warsaw driver injured in Benton collision

Dana D. Hawkins, 61, of Warsaw, suffered moderate injuries at 12:50 p.m. Wednesday in a Benton County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 2008 Ford Taurus driven by John E. Seville, 82, of Warsaw, was westbound on state Route 7 and turned left into the path of Hawkins's 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass.

The drivers were wearing seat belts. Hawkins was transported to Golden Valley Hospital in Clinton by Warsaw-Lincoln Ambulance District.

Marshall women hurt in Pettis accident

Christina A. Gessling, 53, of Marshall, suffered minor injuries at 3:03 p.m. Wednesday in a Pettis County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 2005 GMC Sierra driven by Cora M. Belt, 41, of Sedalia, was northbound on Highway TT at U.S. Highway 50. She made a left turn into the path of a 2003 Ford F-350 driven by Gessling.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts. Gessling was transported by private vehicle for medical treatment at Bothwell Regional Health Center.
