Arrests

Oct. 9

11:18 p.m.: Nicholas A. Duppass, 43, of the 800 block of West 20th Street, was arrested after a vehicle stop near West 17th Street and South Missouri Avenue for an improper turn. Duppass was intoxicated and was transported to the Pettis County Jail and released to a sober person with a municipal charge of driving while intoxicated.

Incidents

Oct. 9

9:10 p.m.: Officers responded to the 300 block of West Fourth Street regarding a wallet stolen from a vehicle.

Oct. 10

10:23 a.m.: Illyah Alana Buck, 30, of the 600 block of West 16th Street, was arrested after officers conducted a traffic stop at South Prospect Avenue and West 14th Street for expired tags. The driver was suspended out of Missouri and was released from the scene with a citation.

12:08 p.m.: Officers responded to the 2300 block of Main West Main Street regarding a stolen welder, the welder was charged to a company without authorization. The investigation is ongoing.

12:35 p.m.: Officers responded to the Sedalia Police Department lobby for a report of a stolen electric mini-bike from the 100 block of East 13th Street. The mini-bike was entered into the system as stolen.

8:22 p.m.: A victim reported her vehicle was struck by another vehicle while parked at Break Time, 318 W. Broadway Blvd. The vehicle in question left the scene.

Arrests

Oct. 10

6:40 a.m.: Anthony M. Pickens, 21, of Warrensburg, was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated, no seat belt, littering, and felony property damage. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department and released.

12:00 p.m.: Cody W. Adams, 30, of Warrensburg, was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated, drugs and failure to maintain the right-half of the roadway causing an accident. He was transported to the Western Missouri Medical Center and released.
