This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. Information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.

Arrests

April 8

11:23 p.m.: Alexandria Marie Guerra, 26, of Cole Camp, was arrested after a traffic stop on a vehicle for defective plate lights. Guerra had a revoked driver's license and was placed under arrest but released from the stop with citations for no proof of insurance and driving with a revoked license.

Incidents

April 8

5:48 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to a residence on Albright Court for a report of an assault no longer in progress. They gathered information from the victim and suspect and a report was completed. Charges were submitted to the prosecutor.

12:53 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to a reported theft on Dennis Road. They spoke with the reporting party and gathered information to create a report. The reporting party wished to pursue charges against a known suspect.

April 9

7:50 p.m.: Officers took a general information report about a possible assault that occurred in the 200 block of West Saline Street on April 7.

8:35 a.m.: Officers responded to the 600 block of South Engineer Avenue regarding property damage. This is an ongoing investigation.

11:37 a.m.: An officer responded to the 2100 block of South Limit Avenue in reference to a rental vehicle theft report.

11:18 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of East Third Street for a property damage report. They gathered information for a report. There were no suspects.

Arrests

April 6

1:03 a.m.: Lindsey L. Driskell, 22, of Miami, Missouri, was arrested in Saline County for driving while intoxicated. She was transported to the Saline County Sheriff's Department and released.

April 8

12:05 p.m.: Felipe Granado, 46, of Marshall, was arrested in Saline County for a Saline County warrant for driving with a revoked license, felony driving with a revoked license, and no insurance. He was transported to the Saline County Jail and released.

6:58 p.m.: Michael W. Shively, 42, of Marshall, was arrested in Saline County for felony driving while intoxicated - aggravated offender and speeding. He was transported to the Saline County Sheriff's Department and released.
