Arrests

April 18

7:49 p.m.: Dale Wade Kabler, 53, of Kansas City, was arrested after an officer was dispatched to the 600 block of East 14th Street for a report of a male who would not leave the facility after being told to do so by security. Kabler was arrested for first-degree trespassing and was transported to the Pettis County Jail where he was booked and held on a 24-hour hold.

Incidents

April 18

6:41 p.m.: Officers and the K-9 unit responded to the 3000 block of Clinton Road in reference to a suspicious package. K9 Rocky alerted to the package for a controlled substance. Officers retrieved the package and took it into evidence. No contact has been made with the suspect at this time.

Arrests

April 19

1:01 a.m.: April Schoenthal, 38, of Sedalia, was arrested after officers conducted a traffic stop at 14th Street and South Limit Avenue on a vehicle with no front license plate and a rear license plate that did not return to the same vehicle. Schoenthal also did not have a valid driver's license and was released on scene with a court date.

Incidents

April 18

10:59 a.m.: Deputies took a report of vandalism in the 200 block of North Main Street in La Monte. 

11 a.m.: Deputies took a report of burglary in the 3100 block of Oakbrook Circle. Some evidence was collected and the investigation continues.

Arrests

April 19

3:11 a.m.: Brittney R. Ingraham, 29, of Warrensburg, was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated. She was transported to the Johnson County Jail and placed on a 12-hour hold.
