Sept. 1

1:27 p.m.: Justin M. Schroeder, 44, of Windsor, was arrested in Morgan County for felony possession of a controlled substance (35 grams or less of methamphetamine), felony tampering with physical evidence, felony no valid license, following too closely, no seat belt, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Morgan County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.

1:48 p.m.: Adam D. Luetjen, 44, of Windsor, was arrested in Morgan County for felony possession of a controlled substance (35 grams or less of methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Morgan County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.

Sept. 2

12:43 a.m.: Amie M. Tillotson, 44, of Lincoln, was arrested in Henry County for driving while intoxicated, speeding, and failure to maintain right half of the roadway. She was taken to the Henry County Jail and released.

Sept. 3

2:40 a.m.: Lavonza R. Marshall, 23, of Sedalia, was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated, speeding, and failure to stop at a stop light. He was taken to the Johnson County Jail and released.

2:57 a.m.: Richard T. Washburn, 35, of Jefferson City, was arrested in Benton County for driving while intoxicated-drugs, no insurance, displaying plates of another person, and failure to register a motor vehicle. He was taken to the Benton County Jail and released.
