7:27 p.m.: Officers took a report of a fraudulent use of a credit card in the 2800 block of West Broadway Boulevard. The victim reported misplacing his debit card and then noticing fraudulent charges on it from a business in town. Information and evidence for the report were collected.
1:58 p.m.: Charity A. Neumann, 40, of Lincoln, was arrested in Benton County for driving while intoxicated. She was transported to the Benton County Jail and released.
9:06 p.m.: James R. Shelley, 57, of Warsaw, was arrested in Benton County for felony possession of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated and driving with a revoked driver's license. He was transported to the Benton County Detention Center and released.
