From 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13, South Engineer Avenue at its intersection with East 10th Street will be closed to through traffic to allow for the installation of a new water main and service lines to residences as a part of the city's ongoing water improvements project. Drive approaches into residences and alleys will remain open.
The project is weather and equipment dependent and may be delayed due to rain or equipment breakdowns.
