From 7 a.m. through 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 16, South Washington Avenue at its intersection with East Third Street will be restricted to a single lane to allow for the start of installation of a new water main in the area as a part of the City’s ongoing water improvements project. Drive approaches into businesses, residences and alleys will remain open.
The project is weather and equipment dependent and may be delayed due to inclement weather or equipment breakdowns.
