Let’s begin where we left off. First, let’s look at a few more countries and summer wines. However, I am not sure if there are only summer wines, perhaps spritzers where white wine is diluted and chilled with seltzer water. The major difference is that we tend to sit on a patio, balcony or by the swimming pool sipping wine with only appetizers unless it is mealtime.
