11:23 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to the Bothwell emergency room for an assault. Employees reported a patient had assaulted a staff member and a request for a charge of fourth-degree assault was submitted to the prosecutor.

Oct 20

9:30 a.m.: A report of a violation of an ex parte order was made from the 1200 block of South Limit Avenue.

2:03 p.m.: A theft and assault occurred in the 600 block of South Barrett Avenue. Charges are being submitted for theft of a controlled substance and second-degree property damage.
