Wan-Hsuan Huang, 26, of Warrensburg suffered moderate injuries and Taylor J. Hazel, 33, of Holden also suffered moderate injuries at 5:38 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 24, in a Johnson County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Hazel north on NW 1201 Road crossed U.S. 50 and was struck by a 2023 Nissan Sentra driven west by Yu-Tong Wang, 26, of Pennsylvania.
Hazel was not wearing a seatbelt, Huang was. Both were transported to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg by Johnson County Ambulance District.
