Arrests

July 22

1:22 p.m.: Freddy Eugene Sisemore, III, 44, was arrested after officers were dispatched to the Fairview Nursing Home, 1714 West 16th St., for a reported trespassing. After refusing to leave, officers placed the suspect under arrest and transported him to the Pettis County Jail. He was placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of first degree trespass, resisting arrest, and fourth degree assault.

July 23

2:30 a.m.: Amy Rachelle Naylor, 41, was arrested after officers responded to the 400 block of Welch Court in reference to an intoxicated subject. Naylor was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 12-hour protective custody hold.

Incidents

July 22

7:49 p.m.: Officers responded to the 300 block of West 32nd Street regarding the violation of an ex-parte order. Officers spoke with the reporting party and gathered information for a report.

8:22 p.m.: An officer responded to an assault that occurred in the 100 block of West Cooper Street. The suspect had left the scene but the victim reported being slapped in the face. The suspect was identified and charges are being submitted to the Pettis County prosecutor.

9:30 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the Holiday Inn, 4001 West Broadway Blvd, for a reported theft. A suspect has been identified.

9:51 p.m.: Officers responded to the 600 block of East 24th Street in reference to a burglary. They gathered information and a report was generated.

July 22

1:01 p.m.: Maximus L. Zdybel, 22, of Gilliam was arrested in Saline County for a misdemeanor Pettis County warrant, a misdemeanor Saline County warrant, and driving while suspended. He was transported to the Saline County Jail.
