Oct. 9

10:59 p.m.: Garcia Salvador, 68, of the 300 block of North Stewart Avenue was arrested after officers were dispatched to a call regarding a noise complaint. While in route they could hear music coming from several blocks away. After arriving on scene they told the subject to turn the music down but he refused and was issued a city summons and music was turned off.

Oct. 10

12:13 p.m.: Jeffrey J. Temple Jr, 39, of the 2700 block of South Woodlawn Drive was arrested after officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle with expired registration. Temple failed to stop and prompted a pursuit. The suspect left his vehicle and fled on foot. Officers chased the Temple on foot and successfully placed him under arrest.

He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of felony resisting arrest, felony driving while suspended, drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to register with the Department of Revenue and displaying the plates of another person.

Oct. 10

117 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to a theft report in the 200 block of East Walnut Street. The victim stated someone gained access to their EBT account and took their credits.

Arrests

Oct. 10

242 p.m.: Lewis Tuck was arrested after Pettis County deputies conducted a traffic stop near East 16th Street and South Washington Avenue for a vehicle registration violation. Tuck consented to a search of the vehicle and deputies located methamphetamine. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked and released with charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
