Mr. and Mrs. Albert A. Reine Sr., of Sedalia, celebrated and hosted their 65th wedding anniversary on Saturday, Aug. 31 with a recreation of their first date with their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren at Goody’s Steakburgers. This will be followed by a viewing of Elvis Pressley’s first premiere debut movie, “Love Me Tender” at the couple’s home.
Patricia Elaine Smith and Albert A. Reine Sr. were married on Sunday, Aug. 30, 1959, at the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, at Ninth Street and Montgomery Avenue, by Elder Nelson Pugh, the pastor.
Mr. and Mrs. Reine are both retired dairy farmers of Triple “R” Ranch.
They have four children, Albert A. (Bert) Reine Jr., of Sedalia, David A. Reine, of Auckland, New Zealand, Clint A. Reine and Anna M. Reine Booth, both of Sedalia; five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren
