Lillian (Marquess) Ulmer will celebrate her 92nd birthday on July 29.
She was born on a farm in Florence, in 1932. She has been a life long resident of Sedalia. Throughout her life she has worked in various occupations. She worked as a elevator operator at Bothwell Hotel (where she was once kissed by the entertainer, Little Jimmy Dickens). She also was employed at Lamy's as a quality control inspector. Additionally, she worked in the health care industry at Fairview Nursing Home and Rest Haven Nursing Home.
Lillian's interests include reading, doing embroidery work, and attending church. She also enjoys short walks in Liberty Park, taking in the flowers and other scenery. Lillian is loved by all and may God bless her on this special day.
Lillian was seven wonderful children; Linda, Ricky, Stephen, Tommy, Toni, Joe, and David.
