Clinton man hurt in Henry County accident

Timothy D. Dunham, 58, of Clinton, suffered minor injuries at 7:15 a.m. Wednesday in a Henry County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Dunham was driving a 2007 Toyota Prius south on Missouri Highway 7 when he traveled off the right side of the road and struck a highway sign. The vehicle then crossed Southeast 751 Road and struck a stop sign.

Dunham was wearing a seat belt, and was transported to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton.

One killed, one seriously injured in Moniteau County crash

Heather M. Beauchamp, 34, of Tipton, was seriously injured and Michael S. Burke, 66, of Wisconsin, was killed at 8:15 p.m. Tuesday in a Moniteau County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Burke was driving a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan North on state Route E at U.S. Highwat 50 when he traveled off state Route E into the path of a 2014 Ford F-150 and driven by Beauchamp going east.

Burke was not wearing a seat belt, and was pronounced dead by Deputy Coroner Brad Friedmeyer and transported to Windmill Ridge Funeral home. Beauchamp was wearing a seat belt, and was transported by MU Air to University Hospital in Columbia.
