Stephanie Cockrum, 53, of Green Ridge suffered moderate injuries at 10:31 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7, in a Pettis County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Cochrum was an occupant in a 2010 Ford F-150 driven by Alfred M. Cockrum, 55, of Green Ridge south on Quisenberry Road north of Sacagawea Road.
A 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 driven by Nazar Y. Bozhko, 21, of Sedalia west turned out of a private drive, crossed the centerline and struck the Ford F-150, which then ran off the road.
No one was wearing a seat belt, Stephanie Cockrum was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg by EMS.
