Sept. 27

9:55 p.m.: Augustin Cano Rodriguez Jr, 34, of the 300 block of West 10th Street was arrested after a vehicle stop near West 10th Street and South Kentucky Avenue for a subject without a license. Rodriguez was intoxicated and was processed and given a municipal summons for DWI, driving without a license and no proof of insurance.

Sept. 28

1:30 p.m.: Anthony Lamar Melton, 36, of the 1200 block of Woods Drive was arrested after a vehicle stopped at West Main Street and South Kentucky Avenue for illegal window tint and suspicion of a suspended driver violating their sex offender registry obligations. Melton was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of driving while suspended, failure to register as a sex offender and operating a motor vehicle vision reducing material.

7:31 p.m.: Paul Lawrence Hartfelt, 45, and Victoria J. Dolci, 43, was arrested after police were dispatched to Walmart, 3201 West Broadway Blvd. for a reported theft. Two individuals were identified and placed under arrest. The total amount of the theft was under $190. Both individuals were cited for stealing.

11:38 p.m.: Leandrea Regina Chandler, 37, of Knob Noster was arrested after being observed driving south on Osage Avenue and failing to stop at the light at Broadway. Chandler was impaired by drugs, transported to the Pettis County Jail and booked on a charge of DWI.

Sept. 29

1:58 a.m.: Richard A. Rohr, 52, of Tipton was arrested after a vehicle stop near East 12th Street and Broadway Boulevard for no plate lights, swerving several feet outside of his lane and suspicion of a revoked driver with a Morgan County warrant.

Rohr was intoxicated and was transported to the Pettis County Jail for 24-hour hold pending charges of DWI persistent offender, driving while revoked, improper lane usage, and failure to maintain financial responsibility.

Oct. 3

2:58 a.m.: Harold Mitchell Washington Jr, 50, of Knob Noster was arrested after a vehicle stop in the 2900 block of West Broadway Boulevard for failure to maintain a lane and suspicion of a revoked driver. Washington was transported to the Pettis County Jail where he was booked and released on a state charge of driving while revoked.

Incidents

Oct. 2

8:12 p.m.: Officers responded to Discount Smoke Shop, 709 East Broadway Blvd. for found property. The property was collected and a found property report was generated.

Oct. 3

6:24 a.m.: Officers responded to the 400 block of West Fifth Street in reference to found property. They collected the property and placed it in the property room.

5:23 p.m.: Officers took a report over the phone of stolen license plates in the 200 block of Winchester Drive. They gathered information for a report and entered the license plates as stolen.
