July 13

9:50 p.m.: Shellie Lynn Zimmerschied, 49, of the 1500 block of East 6th Street was arrested after a vehicle stop near West Third Street and South Prospect Avenue for driving with no tail lights. It was determined the driver was intoxicated and Zimmerschied was transported to the Pettis County Jail pending a charge of DWI drugs.

July 15

12:29 a.m.: Timothy Brian Edwards, 58, of the 200 block of Grand Avenue was arrested after a vehicle stop near South Kentucky Avenue and West 10th Street on a vehicle that failed to maintain its lane of travel. It was determined Edwards was intoxicated and he was transported to the Pettis County Jail pending a charge of DWI persistent offender.

July 16

11:59 a.m.: Flyisha Nicole Schroeder, 29, of the 300 block of North Emmett Avenue was arrested after officers were dispatched to Menards, 4400 Wisconsin Ave. regarding a theft. The general manager explained the situation and information was gathered for a report. The suspect was issued a trespass notice from the property and a City summons for shoplifting. Schroeder was released on scene.

July 17

9:02 p.m.: Zachary Tyler Pulliam, 24, of the 1200 block of East 12th Street was arrested after an officer was dispatched to a disturbance. While speaking with both parties it was determined Pulliam had threatened to hit the victim during an argument. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail. A request for a charge of fourth degree domestic assault was submitted to the prosecutor.

July 16

5:09 p.m.: An officer made contact with a male subject by phone in reference to a hit-and-run accident near South Limit Avenue and West Broadway Boulevard. The man drove to the police department to make a report.

July 17

7:56 a.m.: Officers responded to the 300 block of East 16th Street regarding a theft report. A report was generated.

3:55 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to the 200 block of North Washington Avenue in reference to a property damage report. The victim stated someone to the screen and rubber caulking off of a window in an attempt to enter his residence.

6:32 p.m.: Officers responded to the 1600 block of East Broadway Boulevard in reference to a hit-and-run accident. The victim said she was sideswiped and the other vehicle fled the scene before leaving any information. A suspect has not been identified at this time.

10:05 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to Liberty Park, 1500 West Third Street regarding found property. A subject reported finding a cell phone in the bathroom. The phone was placed into evidence as found property.

Arrests

July 15

1:56 a.m.: Douglas Johnson of Sedalia was arrested after deputies conducted a traffic stop at 11th and Ingram in a vehicle with no registration after he was unable to maintain a lane. A series of standardized field sobriety tests on Johnson were performed and he was booked and released pending charges of driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.

July 17

9:51 p.m.: Jessica Seeley of the 1400 block of South Ohio was arrested after deputies were dispatched to the 3400 block of West 16th Street after a subject called and said he located his stolen truck. The occupants in the truck stated the truck was sold to them by the caller's girlfriend while he was in jail. The caller stated Seeley had no right to take his truck nor sign his name on the title and sell it.

The victim also said several items were stolen from his household. Deputies were able to locate Seeley at home and found most of the stolen items in her vehicle. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of stealing a motor vehicle, stealing $750 or more, and forgery. The stolen items were returned to the Pettis County Sheriff's office until the owner can collect them.

July 17

Midnight: A cell phone was reported lost or stolen near Break Time, 101 Rebar Rd. around July 10.

Midnight: Pettis County deputies were dispatched to the 1500 block of Crestview Drive in reference to a stolen four wheeler. The owner said some time last week someone took his Honda SX 200. The investigation continues.
