Arrests

June 28

2:21 a.m.: Whitney Lynn Ray Raymond, 36, of the 1300 block of East Boonville Street, was arrested after failing to stop near East Third Street and South Washington Avenue. Raymond continued east, weaving and driving in the middle of the road until a traffic stop at East Third and South Engineer Avenue found her impaired and unable to operate a vehicle safely. She was booked and released at the Pettis County Jail with a State charge of DWI - drugs.

July 1

9:25 p.m.: Ryane A. City, 32, of the 1800 block of South Park Avenue, was arrested after a vehicle stop at Winchester Drive and West 10th Street for several moving violations and a brake light out. She was impaired by a drug or drugs and was unable to operate a vehicle safely. City was transported to the Pettis County Jail booked and released with a state charge of DWI - drugs.

July 2

3:05 a.m.: Justin E. Parker, 44, of Eldon, was arrested after a vehicle stop near West 10th Street and South Carr Avenue for no plate lights and conducting an improper turn. Parker was transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked and released with a charge of DWI - drugs.

Incidents

6:54 a.m.: A wallet found in the 1300 block of South Prospect Avenue was brought to the police station. Officers were unable to make contact with the owner.
