This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. Information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.

Arrests

June 22

9:54 p.m.: Ryan J. Pennington, 21, of the 3600 block of Woods Court, was arrested after officers conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle with an expired Missouri license plate. Pennington had a suspended driving status, received a citation and was released on scene.

June 23

8:33 p.m.: Kristi Ann Wiser, 41, and Madison Elaina Wolfe, 23, of the 300 block of East Seventh Street, were arrested after officers were dispatched to a business in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard for a shoplifting report. They spoke with employees and gathered information for a report. Wiser and Wolfe were transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked and released for shoplifting.

Incidents

June 14

8:17 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of South Grand Avenue for a theft report. They spoke with the victim and gathered information to generate a report and submit formal charges.

Arrests

June 26

9 p.m.: Adam Fisher, Aurellio Rodriguez and Franklin Evans III were arrested after deputies were dispatched to the 2800 block of Highway TT in Pettis County for an assault report. A witness had video of them assaulting a victim in a common area of the facility. All three subjects were transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of domestic assault. The victim was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center for treatment.

Arrests

June 26

6:08 p.m.: Charles R. Hult, 36, of Lake Ozark, was arrested in Moniteau County for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was released on summons.

June 27

1:47 a.m.: Joseph D. Molden, 42, of Jamesport, was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail and released.
