Arrests

June 2

4:58 p.m.: Haley M. Phipps, 24, of the 1000 block of South Vermont Avenue, was arrested after officers were dispatched to a business in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard in reference to a theft report. The suspect was caught skip-scanning items in the self checkout. The suspect was cooperative and released from the scene with a court summons for shoplifting.

June 5

10:19 p.m.: Brook E. Dowell, 32, of the 5100 block of South Limit Avenue, was arrested after officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Liberty Park Boulevard and South Limit Avenue. They ran the driver's information and found he had an active Pettis County warrant and a revoked driver's license. He was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked on the warrant. Charges have been submitted to the state prosecutor's office for driving with a revoked license.

Arrests

June 5

2:01 p.m.: Philip M. Thompson, 37, of Ashland, was arrested in Moniteau County for a felony Cole County warrant, a felony probation and parole warrant, and operating a motor vehicle without the proper endorsement. He was transported to the Moniteau County Jail.
