Arrests

May 29

8:46 p.m.: Justin Lee Pruett, 32, of the 1900 block of South Park Avenue, was arrested in the 300 block of West Seventh Street for third-degree aggravated domestic assault. Officers responded to the area for a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers determined the disturbance involved two men known to each other and a physical altercation had occurred. An injured party was located and refused medical attention. A primary physical aggressor was determined and arrested without incident.

Incidents

May 25

4:14 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to a business in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard for a theft report. The suspect left the scene after being told to stop by employees.

May 26

12:02 p.m.: An officer responded to the 1200 block of South Grand Avenue for a report of tampering with property at a residence.

4:39 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to a reported theft at a business in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard. When officers arrived, they were told the suspect had fled the scene. Officers gathered information for a report. The suspect is unknown at this time.

May 29

5:45 p.m.: Officers responded to the 1500 block of Liberty Park Boulevard in reference to a hit-and-run accident. Officers made contact with the reporting party and collected information for a report.

Arrests

May 30

11:36 p.m.: Mallory J. Walz, 24, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County for two counts of felony driving while intoxicated with a person under the age of 17 in the vehicle. She was taken to the Pettis County Jail and released.
