Arrests

July 5

7:38 p.m.: Lucinda R. M. Manolias, 35, of the 4000 block of Lake Shore Drive, was arrested after officers were dispatched to Walmart for a theft record. They made contact with the suspect and released her with a summons for stealing.

July 6

12:09 a.m.: Anthony Michael Brandkamp, 38, was arrested after a traffic stop near South Limit Avenue and West 11th Street for failure to dim high beams, no front plate and an expired rear plate. Brandkamp had no driver's license and was booked and released from the Pettis County Jail with a state charge of driving without a license. A state charge of no proof of insurance was also requested.

4:07 a.m.: Cody Dale Neth, 32, of the 500 block of North Stewart Avenue, was arrested after a vehicle stop for an improper turn and defective brake lights in the 1600 block of South Limit Avenue. Neth was impaired by drugs and was transported to the Pettis County Jail where he was booked on a state charge of DWI.

9:48 p.m.: Brandon James Miller, 41, of the 3000 block of Oak Brook Boulevard, was arrested after officers identified a known suspended driver operating a motor vehicle in the 300 block of East 16th Street. Miller was booked and released with a city summons for driving while suspended.

11:32 p.m.: Bobby Joe Ritcheson, 41, of Stover, was arrested after contact was made with a driver who had been driving with a flat tire near West 20th Street and South Grand Avenue. Ritcheson was intoxicated and was transported to the Pettis County Jail and booked for DWI alcohol and drugs.

July 7

1:22 a.m.: Arnoldo Paau Tec, 40, of the 700 block of Wilkerson Street, was arrested after he was found stopped in a car in the middle of the road at South Grand Avenue and West Fifth Street. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and booked for DWI - prior offender and driving with a suspended license.

July 8

10:39 p.m.: Ivan Cameron Banuelos, 18, of the 200 block of South Quincy Avenue, was arrested after vehicle stop for no plate light, failure to stop prior to a stop line, and suspicion of a suspended driver with warrants near West Third Street and South Quincy Avenue. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail for the warrants, a municipal charge of driving while suspended and no proof of insurance.

July 2

2:40 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of West Main Street regarding a burglary. They gathered information for a report.

July 6

10:58 p.m.: A traffic stop near West 11th Street and South Limit Avenue was initiated after the vehicle failed to maintain its lane several times. It had a legal window tint and charge of illegal window tint was requested on the owner.

July 7

9:30 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of McAnally Court regarding shots fired. They gathered information to determine if a gun was discharged.

July 4

4:58 p.m.: Gary V. Stone, 65, of Eldon, was arrested in Morgan County for DWI alcohol and operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident. He was transported to the Morgan County Jail.

July 7

1:51 a.m.: Jessica R. Medley, 42, of Festus, was arrested in Morgan County for possession of a controlled substance - methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was transported to the Morgan County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.

1:51 a.m.: Douglas A. Lawson, 45, of Arcadia, was arrested in Morgan County for possession of a controlled substance - methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Morgan County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
