Oct. 12

12:58 a.m.: Brandon James Miller, 42, of the 3000 block of Oak Brook Boulevard was arrested after a traffic stop for improper registration near South Engineer Avenue and East Seventh Street. Miller was intoxicated by drugs and was transported, booked and released from the Pettis County Jail pending a State charge of DWI - drugs.

Oct. 14

1:18 a.m.: Allen Wayne Savage II, 51, of the 1300 block of East Boonville Street was arrested after a vehicle stop for improper lane usage. He was impaired by drugs and was transported to the Pettis County Jail and booked on a State charge of DWI.

Oct. 21

7:55 p.m.: Blake Aaron Banner, 26, of the 1000 block of South Murray Avenue was arrested after a traffic stop near North Engineer Avenue and East Tower Street on a truck with an expired temporary tag. Banner was intoxicated by drugs and alcohol and was in possession of a controlled substance. He was placed on a 24-hour hold at the Pettis County Jail pending charges of DWI - aggravated offender and possession of a controlled substance.

Incidents

Oct. 17

12:05 p.m.: Officers responded to the 400 block of North Prospect Avenue in reference to a possible theft. The caller reported she had sent approximately $2,800 over the internet to rent a property. It was determined the person she was communicating with was not the owner of the property, and a report was made of the incident. The suspect has not been identified.

Oct. 21

1:45 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 2700 block of West Broadway Boulevard regarding a stolen wallet. They spoke with the reporting party and submitted a report.

7:40 p.m.: An officer responded to the 500 block of South Kentucky Avenue for the possible violation of a court order. Information was collected for a report, no charges are being sought at this time.

Oct. 17

5:24 p.m.: Deputies took a report in the Pettis County Sheriff's office regarding an assault and burglary in the 34000 block of Ringen School Road.
